Deck Roofs
It is a type of light roof (non-passable), flat or curved, that does not have an air chamber to allow ventilation and cooling.
It is a construction system used in all types of non-residential buildings such as industrial factories, warehouses, shopping centers, leisure, cultural, sports and infrastructure.
Some considerations:
Deck roofs are basically formed by three elements:
- Support based on a smooth or perforated metal profile with several sections. Recommended minimum thickness: 0.7mm.
- High density rigid insulation with thermal and acoustic performance and which supports the waterproofing membrane.
- Waterproofing system that guarantees the watertightness of the cover regardless of atmospheric conditions.
